Information you choose to share

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, requirement and project message. Company, email, location, charging-point count and contact preference are optional. We use this information to assess and respond to the enquiry and discuss relevant project work. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

How enquiries are handled

The website processes form submissions on the hosting server and attempts to send an email notification to Vasudha. A private server log retains enquiry details and delivery status for follow-up and troubleshooting. Authorised business personnel and the hosting and email providers may process these details for those purposes. We do not sell enquiry information.

Security and operational data

A session cookie supports form security. Temporary, hashed network identifiers help limit spam; raw network addresses are not included in enquiry emails. The hosting provider may keep normal server access logs, including network and browser information. Access controls and server validation help protect the enquiry process, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry records are intended to be reviewed and removed within 12 months unless needed for an active project, a legal obligation or an ongoing business relationship. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up. The business will assess requests against applicable obligations.

WhatsApp and external services

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a draft message; you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp, your email provider and linked external websites apply their own privacy terms. Google Fonts is used to load the site's typefaces and receives connection information when those files are requested.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics is disabled until you allow it. Google Tag Manager (container GTM-W9JK29ZT) manages configured measurement tags after analytics consent. Google Analytics or other tags may be configured within that container. Your preference is stored locally in your browser and in an analytics-preference cookie and can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Events describe actions such as a WhatsApp click or completed form, without names, phone numbers, messages or other enquiry details.
